Yes. Luggage is stored free of charge at the front desk on the 25th floor.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Times may vary depending on your reservation plan.
No. We do not participate in any airline mileage programs.
Cancellation policies and deadlines vary depending on your accommodation plan. Please check the terms and conditions of your reservation.
For reservations made directly with the hotel, the following cancellation fees apply:

Yes, we accept high-floor requests. As all guest rooms are on floors 26 to 34, the views are similar from every floor.
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi and wired internet access are available in all guest rooms. Wi-Fi is also available in public areas.
Please contact the travel agency or booking website you used. The hotel is unable to change or cancel reservations made through third parties.
Yes. All artworks in the hotel may be photographed and shared on social media.
Yes. Complimentary computers are available in the Business Center on the 25th floor.

For security reasons, guests who are not registered cannot enter guest rooms, including to help with room decorations. Please meet your visitors in the lobby on the 25th floor.

Yes. Yamato Transport (Takkyubin) service is available at the front desk, including forwarding to your next destination (usually 1 to 2 days). Cardboard boxes (for a fee) and packing tape are also available.
Yes. An ice machine and vending machines are located near the elevator hall on the 26th floor.
Yes. Cribs are available free of charge for infants aged 0 to 11 months, subject to availability. They cannot be used by children aged 1 year or older. Please request one when making your reservation. Roll-away beds are not available.
Yes, with some exceptions. Works and goods by the artists who painted the Artist Rooms are also available at the online shop KON-KON.
In all room types except Single rooms, one preschool child (aged 6 or under) per adult may share the existing bedding free of charge.
